S.A.L.T (Serving And Laboring Together) are volunteer hours that a family provides to assist the school.

The everyday operations of East Linn Christian Academy depend on the active involvement of all its families. The SALT program was established to promote parent partnership and reduce expenses that directly affect the cost of tution. Each family are asked to volunteer a minimum of 30 hours per school year (15 hours for Preschool & single parent families). Families who do not fulfill this enrollment requirement prior to the close of the school year (June 30th) will be subject to a fee.

How do I find out what I can do for SALT HOURS? The bi-monthly newsletter and special emails will list SALT hour opportunities as they become available. You can earn SALT hours by volunteering for various tasks like concessions, cleaning a classroom, helping at events, or even weed the grounds. If there is a specific event or task you would like to help with, then contact Mrs. Rickman at krickman@eastlinnchristian.org, she coordinates volunteers and SALT.
